These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this Flourish Staging & Design ("Flourish," "we," "us," or "our") landing page and the "Qualify Your Home" form. By using this page or submitting the form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this page.

About our services

This page provides information about Flourish's home staging, design, and pre-listing improvement services in Brevard County and the Space Coast of Florida, and lets you request a consultation. It is informational and does not constitute an offer, contract, or professional, legal, or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this page and submit the form. By submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the property owner or are authorized to make the request.

Form submissions

Submitting the form is a request for us to contact you. It does not create a contract or any obligation on either party. Any staging, design, improvement, or financing arrangement is subject to a separate written agreement between you and Flourish, or between you and our financing partner.

No guarantee of results

Home staging and improvements can help present a property, but real estate outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that your home will sell, sell within any particular time frame, or sell for any particular price.

Pay at Close financing

Our "Pay at Close" program allows eligible homeowners to begin staging and improvement work with no money out of pocket up front. Pay at Close financing is provided by Titus, a third-party lender. Flourish is not a lender. Pay at Close is a personal loan that is repaid at the earliest of: the home sells; six months after the first disbursement date; or the listing is canceled or withdrawn. Titus may charge a fee of 0% to 8%. If the home has not sold when the loan is due, repayment may be extended six additional months at 16% APR. Financing is subject to Titus's approval, terms, and conditions, which will be provided to you separately.

Intellectual property

The content on this page, including text, images, before-and-after photographs, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Flourish and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and services

This page may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including our financing partner, analytics providers, and flourishyourhome.com. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

This page and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the page will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flourish and its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of this page, the form, or our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flourish and its representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of this page or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the page after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
